Once all of the devices are raised, return to the Assassins and gain the Apple. Before to alternate which one you grab onto, as some of them may cause the pillars to retract back into the ground. Some times you'll see poles protruding from columns in the center. Climb and jump over these to connect the entire puzzle on the ground. Several shinning pillars will rise from the ground.
Use your Eagle Vision to find the final resting place of the Apple of Eden.
